Passionate about decoration, work and layouts, Sarah Millien shares every step of the renovation of her home, the Dream Home Family. Installed in a contemporary house near Calais, in the north of France, she imagined an exterior where every detail counts. A central element of the outdoor design, the pool fits in with discreet elegance as a natural extension of the terrace.

What really matters

For Sarah, aesthetics are of absolute importance. Every exterior design must be part of a coherent and elegant vision, where materials and lines naturally interact. The pool cover had to blend into its environment, without visual disruption, in perfect continuity with the terrace.

For her husband, ease of use was essential. He wanted to be able to open and close the pool in a single gesture, without effort, to be able to enjoy it at all times.

Customized solution

Sarah opted for the Automatic model of the Coverseal, equipped with champagne rails, a “mirror effect” trim and an ivory-coloured membrane, “so that it blends perfectly with our wood-effect tiles and the colour of our sunken living room”, thus creating perfect visual continuity between the pool, the terrace and the outdoor layout.

Thanks to its automated system, her husband particularly appreciates the comfort of use: in just a few seconds, the pool opens and closes, without effort or complex manipulation.
