F.A.Q.
We know that buying a pool cover raises many questions. That’s why we’ve gathered here the answers to the most frequently asked questions about the Coverseal — its installation, maintenance, and much more.
You’ll find them below, organized by topic or accessible through the quick search.
After-sales service
Yes. If you notice any operational anomaly or unusual visual aspect (abnormal noise, irregular movement, unusual membrane tension, etc.), we strongly recommend that you stop operating your Coverseal immediately.
In this case, please contact us as soon as possible, and send photos and/or videos showing the issue. This will help us quickly analyze the situation and provide an appropriate solution.
First, make sure that nothing is obstructing your Coverseal’s operation (objects, tree branches, dirt) and that the required water level is properly maintained. Then, follow the steps below:
Automatic model (with one or two solar panels)
-
For earlier versions, check that the winter switch located inside the cladding is set to ON before using the remote control. It is also possible that the transmitter battery is dead (it’s easy to replace).
-
After confirming that the switch is ON and the transmitter battery is working properly, press both buttons simultaneously on the wired control.
-
If the problem persists, your main battery is likely discharged. First, use the manual operation to secure your pool, then contact us as soon as possible at support@aquaguard.co.il.
Semi-Automatic model
-
Check that the remote control battery is fully charged.
-
If the issue continues, the main battery may be discharged. You can use the manual operation to secure your pool, then contact us as soon as possible at support@aquaguard.co.il.
Manual model
For any questions, please refer directly to the user manual or contact us at support@aquaguard.co.il.
